Developed internally in 2006 by the social services’ nonprofit organization, Felton Institute, the CIRCE app revolutionized charting, billing efficiency and data outcomes. These innovations earned CIRCE the ‘Best App for Nonprofits’ award at the 2007 Dreamforce conference. Building on that success, we expanded into a for-profit corporation in 2011, bringing our affordable, adaptable information management solutions to market.

In 2022, as part of our ongoing commitment to innovation, we developed a robust 988 call management, data tracking,
and staff and volunteer scheduling system in partnership with Felton Institute’s San Francisco Suicide Prevention (SFSP) crisis hotline.
